Deadline for the submission of abstracts is October 15th. Information about acceptance of the abstracts will be given on October 20th by e-mail.

The abstracts should be limited to 1 page A4, time roman 12 pt, title in bold letters; title, authors, address and e-mail address centered; the abstract text in center justification. The abstracts should be submitted as PDF-files and as doc-WinWord-file – a template will be sent by email. Please indicate in your e-mail if oral or poster presentation is preferred. The time for the oral presentation is 45 or 60 minutes incl. discussion. The poster format is A0.

Conference Fee

In order to cover expenses for conference room, lunch, coffee breaks and social events and Hotel,  a conference fee of  € 200 will be charged.
